SNAP Assistance Through the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank

Every family deserves access to healthy, nourishing food. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as “food stamps,” can help make that possible.

With SNAP, you’ll receive an EBT card loaded each month with a benefit amount you can use like a debit card. This gives you the flexibility to buy the foods your family enjoys at grocery stores, convenience stores, and even participating farmers’ markets.

The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank is here to support you with the application process. Their team will guide you step-by-step to see if you qualify and help you apply—confidentially and without judgment.
