The sounds of holiday music were heard Thursday evening inside the Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School Auditorium. The 7th and 8th Grade Chorus and High School Chorus opened the Jr./Sr. High School’s annual Winter Concert with a series of holiday songs under the direction of Jessica Bromley.

Then, it was the band students’ turn to shine under the direction of Suellen Engelhard. The 7th and 8th Grade Concert Band started after a brief intermission, followed by the 9th to 12th Grade Symphonic Band. Then, all band members took the stage for a pair of tunes to close the show. Thursday’s event wasn’t just sonic in nature; Jr./Sr. High School art students also showed off their work in the auditorium lobby.
