ORIGINAL POST, 6/23/23: School may be out for summer, but members of the Sto-Rox Marching Band are already preparing for another season. Marching Band Director Loujaue McPherson invites all musicians in the Jr./Sr. High School to be part of the 2023-2024 Sto-Rox Marching Band Show: Anime Explosion!
The band is seeking participants in the marching band’s color guard. Members of the color guard will specialize in dance, rifle work and flag spinning. Finally, the summer rehearsal schedule has been updated; Saturday’s session is canceled.

Additionally, Band Camp for the Sto-Rox Vikings Marching Band will be held from August 7-11 and August 14-16. The band will also take part in competitions this fall at East Allegheny, Steel Valley and Penn Trafford.
