Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Visits Sto-Rox

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will come to Sto-Rox this summer to provide free medical services. The vehicle will park at Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School on Wednesday, June 19 and Friday, July 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day. Registration will close at 1:30 p.m. each day, and people are encouraged to register will ahead of time.

IMPORTANT: Click here to register. The link will take you to a Google Form where you can enter information about you and your child. If you have questions, please reach out to Sandy Larcade, Coordinator of Auxiliary Services at 412-771-3213, ext. 5217 or slarcade@srsd.k12.pa.us.

The care mobile is a collaboration between UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and Ronald McDonald House Charities to provide free medical services to children including immunizations, referrals, and WIC assistance. Sports physicals are available, however openings are limited.

NOTE: The care mobile will be at the Upper Elementary on Wednesday, June 24, however that visit will only be for Boys and Girls Club members until organizers can determine if they can open it up to other families.

Provider Information
Please be aware that all students must have the two consent forms (see above) completed to be seen without a parent/guardian present and if they are requesting a sports or school physical, the health history section questions must also be completed by their parent/guardian. We are able to see patients without a parent present as long as all of the consent forms (see attached Form 1 and 2) have been completed. Our team will call parents during the visit if they have any questions or need clarity on anything. If a parent/guardian is available and able to accompany a child to the Care Mobile during their visit that is 100% welcome!
