Road construction projects have the potential to impact the timing of school bus routes for the Sto-Rox School District, according to district transportation officials. Buses may start to run a few minutes early in anticipation of delays. However, it’s unclear how much the district will have to compensate until delays start happening.
District transportation officials are asking for your patience as these projects ramp up this fall. The McKees Rocks Bridge project is one of the most critical project taking place. There will also be several street paving projects getting underway. Parents and students are urged to be on time and alert at their bus stops.
