Food was dished out and dozens of Sto-Rox families were served Wednesday night at Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School Cafeteria. The district held a ‘Community Dinner’ Title I event to bring together students, their families and neighbors with food, educational activities and participation from community partners. Generous donations of food, time and effort came from district staff, 1905 Eatery, Mancini’s Bakery, McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation, Cookie Cookie Ice Cream Company, Communities in Schools Pittsburgh-Allegheny County and Focus on Renewal.
