Four Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School student-musicians performed Tuesday with a band of all-stars from across the region. Haley Corcoran, Evie Nagel, Marc Brown and Omar Greene represented Sto-Rox on the Western Allegheny County Area (WACA) Honors Band. It also features student-musicians from the Cornell, Carlynton, Chartiers Valley, Moon, Montour, South Fayette, Quaker Valley and West Allegheny school districts. The band held two days of practices at West Allegheny High School in North Fayette Township under the direction of guest conductor Scott Miller of nearby Robert Morris University. Congratulations to all - especially our Sto-Rox students - on a fine performance!
