Sto-Rox seniors will soon take one final walk down the halls of the schools they grew up in. Media are invited to attend the Sto-Rox Senior Walk on Thursday, May 25. More than 30 students will don their graduation gowns and caps and walk through the halls of the Primary Center, Upper Elementary and the Junior/Senior High School.

The Sto-Rox Senior Walk started in 2017 and returned last year after a hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Each year, students retrace the steps of their educational journey accompanied by the Sto-Rox Drum Line and documented by Sto-Rox media students. This grand event gives younger students an opportunity to see their older peers celebrate their success, while seniors can reminisce with their former teachers.
The schedule of events starts with the arrival of the seniors at the Upper Elementary at 9:30 a.m. Students will then travel to the neighboring Primary Center, arriving at approximately 10:15 a.m. Finally, students will be transported back to the Junior/Senior High School at approximately 11:00 a.m. to walk the halls and complete an “exit interview” with Superintendent of Schools Megan Van Fossan.
