You are invited to our meetings to learn about Title I and Parent and Family Engagement. Title I supplies funding for our schools to provide additional help to students in the areas of Reading and/or Math. At these meetings, we will talk about our Title I program and will be available to answer questions you might have. Additionally, we will be asking all participants to complete a survey to provide us with additional feedback on how to improve the academics and programs for your children with Title I funding. The administration will explain:
The regular curriculum used at our school
The Title I program at our school
How your child was identified for Title I
The assessments we use and what they mean
The proficiency levels we will help your child to meet
Activities that you can do at home to help your child succeed
How you can be involved in the Title I program at school
How we can best utilize Title I funding at school
