They help our children learn and grow both inside and outside the classroom, and now WTAE-TV Channel 4 is saluting teachers every month from September through May. WTAE’s new Teacher of the Month recognition program will take nominations from students, parents, colleagues or even the teacher in question. The winner will receive a $1,000 credit to donorschoose.org, sponsored by Closets by Design. Plus, Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 will feature the winning teacher and their story during a news broadcast and online.
