UPDATE, 10/20/23: Parents, please arrive at 10:20 a.m. on Friday, 10/27 for the SRPC Halloween Parade. It steps off at 10:30 a.m. sharp. We hope to see you there! NOTE: If it rains, the parade will be canceled.

ORIGINAL POST, 10/5/23: It’s October - which means it’s ‘Spooky Season’ - and there are Halloween-themed events coming up this month in the Sto-Rox School District.
Monster ‘Math’ Title I Event
Sto-Rox students and their families from grades K-6 are invited to the Upper Elementary on Wednesday, October 25 for a Halloween-themed Title I event. These community outreach events are always a delight, and this one will be a frightful delight with games, educational activities, treats (and tricks) plus community partners and much, much more. The event runs from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and bus service to and from the school will be provided. Check out and download the schedules so you don’t miss a thing!

SRPC Halloween Parade
Costumed students will walk the halls of the Primary Center on Friday, October 27! (NOTE: we’ve since learned this parade will start at 10:30 a.m. - and - if it rains, the event will be canceled.) Parents are invited to watch and have fun as their students celebrate Halloween with a parade. Updates will be posted in this article, on social media and in district newsletters.
Jr./Sr. High School ‘Trig or Treat’ Title I Event
The Jr./Sr. High School will also have its own Title I event later this month, with a ‘Trig or Treat’ Fall Fest outside the school on Friday, October 27. It will start at 5:00 p.m. ahead of the Sto-Rox Football game - the season finale and Senior Night game - against Seton LaSalle. Click the link above for more details!
