Dear Sto-Rox Parents/Guardians,
In the interest of keeping you well informed, we want to ensure we have updated contact information. Having correct information is critical, whether we are reaching out to one parent or all of the district’s parents for events ranging from early dismissals to emergency situations.
We have created a Google Form that will take a few minutes to complete. Please provide your email, name and at least one phone number, along with your child’s name and grade. You can also provide an additional adult and their phone number if you are unable to be reached. This information is used to update our directory for phone communications, district emails and the like. It is purely for communication purposes.
