Easter eggs were hunted, snow cones were eaten and a lot of fun was had Tuesday evening at Sto-Rox Primary Center. The SRPC/SRUE Title I Event for April featured the Easter Bunny, reading and math activities, and much more. Community partners including Focus On Renewal, WQED Education, Sto-Rox Neighborhood Health Council, Presston Volunteer Fire Department joined Sto-Rox School District on a warm and sunny evening on the Primary Center grounds. The Sto-Rox Marching Band sold snow cones in order to raise money for its programming, while Kindergarten registration was held and plenty of activities were held. In addition to the aforementioned Easter Egg hunt, there was face painting, temporary tattoos, ring toss and many other games. Check out the photos from Tuesday evening, below.
