Sto-Rox Jr./Sr. High School will host representatives from the Pittsburgh Child Advocacy Center of UPMC Children’s Hospital on Wednesday, January 17. The representatives will present information on topics ranging from internet safety to cyberbullying to 8th graders.

Sto-Rox School District is closing its buildings for instruction on Tuesday, January 9. We will instead hold a flexible instruction day (FID). Secretaries, administrators, custodians, and maintenance must still report to their stations. Sto-Rox School District has won a $3,500 grant to help create a digital lending library, allowing the district to better equip students with computers. The grant, a 2024 ASSA/Sourcewell Helping Kids Mini Grant, will be delivered to the district in the next few weeks.
